Balancing life to be Happy



To me Balanced Life means that you have a handle on the various aspects of your life and also don't feel that your heart or mind are being pulled too hard in any direction.

Then question arises how to balance the life, just balance your both external and internal elements.For example,  sometimes we are more inclined to external things like work, relationship etc that's why we pay less attention inside our mind and heart.On the other hand ,we become more self reflective so in that case we forget to enjoy the life experiences.We just need to direct our positive energy to resolve those inner conflicts, So we have to make balance between these two elements to be balanced and happy.....
